Presented by Romance Writers of Australia, the Sweet Treats Anthology 2026 gives romance writers the opportunity to submit their short fiction for the chance to be among the top 15 stories published in the annual anthology.

Sweet Treats is for romantic short stories that use the identified theme as an integral part of the story. This anthology is for stories with low to medium heat level with no sexually explicit scenes. The top 15 stories will be published in the annual RWAus Sweet Treats Anthology.
Entries open: Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 9am AEST
Entries close: Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 5pm AEST
