COMP CLOSED – WIN film double passes

This week, thanks to StudioCanal we have 10 double passes to new film The Guernsey Literary & Potato Peel Pie Society, opening nationwide on 19 April 2018.

Based on Mary Ann Shaffer’s internationally bestselling novel of the same name, the film stars Lily James (Downton Abbey, Cinderella) as Juliet, a charismatic and free-spirited writer living in London in 1946. Juliet receives a letter from a member of a mysterious literary club started in Nazi-occupied Guernsey, and, her curiosity piqued, she decides to visit the island.

And so unfolds the delightfully eccentric members of the Guernsey Literary & Potato Peel Pie Society, including Dawsey (Michiel Huisman, Game of Thrones), the rugged and intriguing famer who wrote her the letter. As the secrets from their wartime past unfold, Juliet’s growing attachment to the island, the book club and her affection for Dawsey will change the course of her life forever…
