COMP CLOSED: Win literary prints!

This week you can win three limited edition literary prints – from Perth-based Hanaé Meyer of Sponthanaeity. Hanaé is a writer and artist, and combines the two disciplines in new and unusual ways. Painstaking in detail, there is nothing spontaneous about her pieces!

These three artworks depict the popular retro Penguin covers of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, The Great Gatsby and Jane Eyre – using quotes from the books themselves. Look closely and you’ll see what we mean!

For Hanaé, this range began as a way to celebrate works of fiction that she couldn’t help reading over and over again. They were designed as a reminder of the experience we have when we pick up our most-loved texts, turn over the cover, and feel the pages effortlessly fall open to our favourite parts. They are signed and numbered, with each title limited to a run of 100.

So this week, to win all three prints – tell us a line of text that you love from one of your favourite books (no more than 25 words).
