Writer in residence: Sarah Clutton
Sarah Clutton grew up in a boisterous household full of lively conversation and global guests – including, memorably, the Pakistani cricket team. With a background in psychology and law, she worked in the legal and philanthropic sectors before turning to writing in her forties. Her novels blend humour, domestic drama, and suspense, often exploring themes of redemption. In 2018, she was awarded the Dymocks/Fiona McIntosh Commercial Fiction Scholarship. Sarah now lives with her family in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, where she happily enjoys two of the region’s three main attractions.
