The 2022 Penguin Literary Prize is now open

Want the chance to be published with Penguin Random House and receive a $20,000 advance? Well, the 2022 Penguin Literary Prize is now open and awaiting your submission! 

Launched  in 2017, the prize was established to find, nurture and develop new Australian authors of literary fiction.

Every year the Penguin Literary Prize receives around 400 entries. Past winners include Hitch by Kathryn Hind, The Spill by Imbi Neeme, The Rabbits by Sophie Overett, and Denizen by James McKenzie Watson.

Submissions are now open to Australian residents aged 18 and over and the deadline is 14 December 2021.
